Both passkeys are unavailable
The recovery email can identify you. It cannot grant Super Admin, and this page cannot authorise recovery. On the server, run the one-time recovery command for the existing Super Admin employee id. Then register a new passkey here and sign in with it.
The replacement passkey button appears only after the server command has issued a short-lived authorisation.
